Accessibility Guidelines

Meeting Room A/V Equipment: Each conference meeting room will be equipped with a laptop, projector, screen, and internet access. Please complete an Equipment Request Form by October 4 if you need any additional A/V support.

Slides: Please upload your slides through your speaker page on Sched.com for each session in which you are presenting. You do not have to upload slides prior to the conference, but we do need to receive all final slide decks as soon as possible after your presentation.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

  • The Early Bird Registration deadline is September 13. All speakers must register to attend the conference.
  • You will receive an invitation in late August to set up your speaker account at sched.org with your picture and biography. Please load a picture and short bio by Friday, October 4. See sched.org’s Speaker Tools page for more information.
  • Please submit an Equipment Request for any materials needed in addition those provided by Friday, October 4.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS INFORMATION

Each session presented at the Conference is strongly encouraged to submit a paper to be published with the Conference Proceedings. Submission guidelines and deadlines are listed below.
